Por este motivo, es importante establecer medidas que contribuyan a mejorar los conocimientos relacionados con la prevenci\u00f3n de este grave problema de salud. El grupo de investigaci\u00f3n de Promoci\u00f3n de la Salud- PRECAM (Universidad de Oviedo e Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Sanitaria del Principado de Asturias-ISPA), junto con el \u00c1rea Sanitaria VII del Servicio de Salud del Principado de Asturias, han puesto en marcha el proyecto Breast 47. Esta iniciativa, dirigida a las mujeres j\u00f3venes del \u00e1rea del Caudal, tiene por objetivo ayudarles a percibir el riesgo individual de desarrollo de esta enfermedad para poner en marcha conductas preventivas que modifiquen estos factores de riesgo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los promotores del presente estudio, profesores y doctorandos de la Universidad de Oviedo, definen el Breast 47 como una intervenci\u00f3n educativa a trav\u00e9s de la cual las mujeres podr\u00e1n adoptar pautas saludables para reducir los factores de riesgo. Por ejemplo, el proyecto incluye consejos para llevar a cabo una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable, para realizar actividad f\u00edsica de forma regular o recursos disponibles en su entorno para realizar ejercicio.\u00a0\u00a0En las pasadas semanas ya se ha remitido por correo postal una carta a las mujeres candidatas a participar. Los autores de esta iniciativa aclaran que quienes decidan participar no tendr\u00e1n que desplazarse a ning\u00fan centro sanitario.
