{"id":2479,"date":"2017-09-14T07:01:25","date_gmt":"2017-09-14T05:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grupotordesillas.net\/pt\/?p=2479"},"modified":"2017-09-14T07:08:29","modified_gmt":"2017-09-14T05:08:29","slug":"investigadores-de-la-ur-y-malaga-estudian-fotoprotectores-unirioja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grupotordesillas.net\/pt\/blog\/investigadores-de-la-ur-y-malaga-estudian-fotoprotectores-unirioja\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadores de la UR y M\u00e1laga estudian fotoprotectores &#8211; UNIRIOJA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2478\" src=\"https:\/\/www.grupotordesillas.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/investigadores-ur-malaga-estudian-fotoprotectores-unirioja.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Investigadores de la UR y de M\u00e1laga estudian la estabilidad de nuevos compuestos con propiedades fotoprotectoras.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Aguilera, investigador del Laboratorio de Fotobiolog\u00eda Dermatol\u00f3gica y Oncolog\u00eda Cut\u00e1nea Unidad de Fotodiagn\u00f3stico de la Universidad de M\u00e1laga, realiza una estancia investigadora en la Universidad de La Rioja en el marco de la Red Espa\u00f1ola de Excelencia de Fotoqu\u00edmica Biol\u00f3gica financiada por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda, Industria y Competitividad.<\/p>\n<p>El Grupo de Fotoqu\u00edmica de la Universidad de La Rioja -uno de los nueve que forma parte de esta red- trabaja en la s\u00edntesis de nuevos compuestos inspirados en amino\u00e1cidos de tipo micosporina (MAAs) con propiedades fotoprotectoras.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta estancia es el an\u00e1lisis de fotoestabilidad de los compuestos desarrollados por el Grupo de Fotoqu\u00edmica liderado por Diego Sampedro, profesor de Qu\u00edmica Org\u00e1nica de la UR.<\/p>\n<p>Estos compuestos son sustancias con alta capacidad de fotoprotecci\u00f3n frente a la radiaci\u00f3n ultravioleta basados en compuestos naturales. Su estructura molecular y mecanismos de fotoprotecci\u00f3n les confiere una estabilidad fuera de lo com\u00fan en comparaci\u00f3n con mol\u00e9culas est\u00e1ndar utilizadas en los filtros solares que se usan actualmente como fotoprotectores t\u00f3picos.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente est\u00e1n realizando el an\u00e1lisis comparativo con los filtros est\u00e1ndar y estudiando la capacidad que estas nuevas sustancias pueden conferir en la estabilidad del combinado de fotoprotectores.<\/p>\n<p>A tenor de los resultados obtenidos, la estabilidad es muy alta; por lo que los investigadores han concluido que no solo son estables por si mismos, sino que les confiere mayor estabilidad estar combinados con otros filtros. Adem\u00e1s, al estar basados en mol\u00e9culas naturales esto evita toxicidad alguna en piel.<\/p>\n<p>Su alto nivel de fotoprotecci\u00f3n y la estabilidad hacen de estos fotoprotectores de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n firmes candidatos a otras especialidades de fotoprotecci\u00f3n no solo cosm\u00e9tica, sino que los investigadores est\u00e1n desarrollando el m\u00e9todo de anclarlos en tejidos para conferir a \u00e9stos mayor grado de fotoprotecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto, el trabajo conjunto de ambos grupos de investigaci\u00f3n abre la puerta para el uso de los fotoprotectores desarrollados en la Universidad de la Rioja en multitud de aplicaciones como componentes de protecci\u00f3n en pinturas, pl\u00e1sticos, tejidos y otras aplicaciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><em>Fuente:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unirioja.es\/apnoticias\/servlet\/Noticias?codnot=5085&amp;accion=detnot\">http:\/\/www.unirioja.es\/<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Investigadores de la UR y de M\u00e1laga estudian la estabilidad de nuevos compuestos con propiedades fotoprotectoras.
