Actualmente es profesora asistente en el <em>International Institute for Carbon-Neutral Energy Research<\/em>, de la Universidad de Kyushu. Este centro intenta captar talento internacional para promocionar la ciencia y, adem\u00e1s de financiaci\u00f3n gubernamental, tiene muy buena sinton\u00eda con el sector industrial y con las empresas.<\/p>\n<p>All\u00ed recal\u00f3 la investigadora espa\u00f1ola en 2013, con una beca postdoctoral de dos a\u00f1os, tiempo tras el cual empez\u00f3 a disfrutar de la categor\u00eda de profesora de la que goza actualmente. Con anterioridad ocup\u00f3 una estancia posdoctoral en Alemania y tambi\u00e9n en Londres, donde colabor\u00f3 con el Imperial College.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Su trabajo se centra en la manera de generar una energ\u00eda m\u00e1s limpia<\/strong>. El premio que ha obtenido -que ha recogido en Tokio- tiene una cuant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica de un mill\u00f3n de yenes (unos 9.000 euros), que la investigadora destinar\u00e1 a conseguir m\u00e1s instrumentaci\u00f3n para el lmaboratorio experimental en el que trabaja para desarrollar materiales con propiedades mejoradas y generar energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica baja en emisiones de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Su trabajo ya fue galardonado por una sociedad cient\u00edfica japonesa en 2014.
